We had a amazing day sailing from Cooper Island to Virgin Gouda. Perfect winds – a bit strong, but we reefed the sails and found a good balance. Not too much swell, so nobody was seasick (as opposed to the first couple of days of sailing where we had some seasickness issues). Dave and Jenny were fully engaged in the sailing – steering, pulling rig, and standing at the front jumping with the waves (“bättre än vilda musen” Jenny said – which means “better than vilda musen”, a well-known roller coaster ride in Stockholm!). Emma was mostly sleeping, her favorite pillow is the compass for some reason. Peter sat in our laps and enjoyed the view, refusing to go to sleep whenever we tried to put him below.
